PRIVATE TOURS TO SELECTED SITES

ISTANBUL
 BYZANTINE AND OTTOMAN MARVELS
Full day excursion starting in the morning at your hotel/airport or
pier. See the  Hippodrome with obelisks and columns and visit
the Underground Cistern with 336 coloums. Later proceed to
the Sultanahmet Camii, Blue Mosque the magnificent mosque from the 17th century famous
with its six minarets built by Sultan Ahmet I. Later continue to St.
Sophia, Byzantine basilica of Holy Wisdom buily in the 6th century.
After a lunch break visit the Topkapi Palace Museum, former
residence of the Ottoman Sultans. The porcellain collection, the
Treasury and the Relics of Islam are the most important sections

BAZAARS AND IMPERIAL MOSQUES
In the morning visit the Spice Market at the harbor. Later continue
to the Grand  Bazaar, a colorful market, where you can see
and buy handmade carpets of wool and silk, find reasonable gold &
silver jewellery with precious stones as well as different
souvenirs. After a lunch break proceed to the  Mosque of Suleyman the Magnificent, built
by Sultan Soliman in the 16th century. Later walk up the famous
pedestrian street of Beyoglu, where the buildings are from the
turn-of-the- century and you can find several churches, food
markets and street cafes & beer pubs. Return to your hotel.



CRUISING BOSPHORUS
After breakfast drive down to the Galata Bridge and start your
cruise along the Bosphorus, the natural waterway separating Asia
from Europe. Many palaces, small parks and wooden houses are the
highlights to be admired during this 2-hrs private motorboat cruise.
Disembark at Sariyer and proceed to lunch with delicious seafood
specialties. Later continue by midibus along the European side of
Bosphorus and drive to the Rumeli Hisar Castle, a fortress built at the
year 1452. Late afternoon proceed to the hotel.




 PRINCE ISLANDS & ASIA
In the morning cruise by ferry to the biggest of the Prince Islands
called Buyukada. Tour the island with a horse carriage and stop at a
place to walk up to the St.George, Greek church at the highest hill
to see the spectacular view of the city. Continue by carriage to the
pier and return to the mainland at the Asian side. (Motor vehicles
are prohibited) Drive along the Asian side with ample time at the
fashion boulevard Bagdat Avenue and over the Bosphorus Bridge back
to your hotel.



Please note : Egyptian Bazaar & Grand
Bazaar is closed Sundays, St.Sophia is closed Mondays and Topkapi
Palace Museum is closed Tuesdays.
